Gareth Williams gets a paid gig
New comic Gareth Williams has won the first ‘Comedy Launchpad’ competition run by the Komedia in Bath
The 24-year-old beat meat more than 100 entrants to win the prize: a paid slot on one of the club’s Saturday night gigs.
The other finalists were Fran Kissling, Jaro Vee, Alice India, Eliza Fraser and Jessie Nixon.
