Four on tour
Several comedians have announced tour news:
•Reginald D Hunter has extended his Some People Vs Reginald D Hunter tour until the spring. The comic has today announced 16 dates of the show for February and March next year. Dates.
•Former BBC New Comedy Award winner Steve Bugeja will tour his third solo show, Summer Camp, from September, 30. The show, which premiered at last month’s Edinburgh Fringe, tells the story of the summer he spent as a counsellor for Camp America. Click here for a review and schedule.
&bullSusie McCabe, who was the fastest selling act at this year’s Glasgow International Comedy Festival is to embark on a Scottish tour. She has announced 10 dates – plus an extra English one at the Stand in Newcastle – of her show Let’s Get Physical, in which she shuns the takeways and cigarettes in a bid to get into shape. The tour kicks off at the East Kilbride Arts Centre on September 30. Dates.
• Liverpool comedian Adam Rowe is embarking on a 15-date UK tour of his Edinburgh Fringe show Unbearable, which he is producing entirely independently. The two-time English Comedian of the Year finalist says his show is about ‘selfishness, arrogance and the effect you have on other people’s lives without realising it’. The dates are here.
