Tuesday April 1

LONDON: The Boat Show celebrates a remarkable 25 years of bringing top stand-up to the unique venue of the Tattershall Castle, a paddle steamer formerly used as a passenger ferry across the Humber estuary now moored permanently by Embankment tube station. In the intervening quarter-century promoter Christian Knowles has become an agent, representing the likes of Micky Flanagan, and tonight he assembles some of his clients and more to celebrate the landmark birthday. On the bill are Dan Tiernan, Darren Harriott, Eshaan Akbar, Finlay Christie, Neil Delamere, Samiria Banks, Terry Alderton and Zoe Lyons

LONDON: New Zealand's mime king, Trygve Wakenshaw, brings what was his first live show in seven years to the Soho Theatre for a week. When it debuted at last year's Edinburgh Fringe, it earned the comic a four-and-a-half star review from Chortle's Tim Harding.

Thursday April 3

HARPENDEN: Ivo Graham headlines a great bill at the Eric Morecambe Centre which also features comedy magician Pete Firman, stand-up Esther Manito and top MC Thanyia Moore.

LEEDS: The city's new Glee Club has another impressine line-up with the permanently furious Garrett Millerick hilariously idiotic Phil Ellis and fellow 2025 Chortle Award nominee Hayley Ellis, no relation.

Saturday April 5

BASINGSTOKE: Rich Hall starts a new tour called Chin Music – a phrase that means both idle chatter or a baseball or cricket ball thrown near the batters face to intimidate them. Producers say it's apt as the grizzled American's comedy fits the same two-pronged description'. tour dates

Sunday April 6

GLASGOW: Tomyinnit – known for his irreverent gaming videos online – begins his first UK tour at the King's Theatre. The virtual star, real name Tom, boasts more than 50 million subscribers across his channels. He'll also be at Manchester Bridgewater Hall tomorrow, Birmingham Symphony Hall on the 8th and London Palladium on the 9th.
