WAITING FOR WAITING FOR GODOT: Adrian Edmondson returns to Samuel Beckett's Waiting For Godot, with a comic reinterpretation of the play that he's been obsessed with since childhood. He played Estragon to Rik Mayall's Vladimir in a run of the play in London's West End run in 1991 and the pair's sitcom Bottom was inspired by the nihilism. Edmondson has also written this 45-minute comedy, in which he stars alongside Ghosts' Kiell Smith-Bynoe. They play actors halfway through a run of Beckett's play in Manchester exactly five years ago, when Boris Johnson raised the spectre of lockdown. Will the show go on? The person with all the answers hasn't turned up. Radio 4, 2.15pm

Thursday March 20

LAST ONE LAUGHING: Jimmy Carr hosts the UK version of Prime Video's international hit, in which ten comedians are put into a reality-style house and challenged not to crack up, whatever their colleagues might do.
