Wednesday January 8
LONDON: Colin Hoult conjured up a rich cast of real-life character for his first stand-up show as himself, rather than characters such as the theatrical grande dame Anna Man. He reprises the show at Soho Theatre for the week.
CORSHAM: Miles Jupp is going back on the road with his acclaimed stand-up show On I Bang, all about him having a brain seizure, the discovery of a tumour the size of a cherry tomato, and 'a rather pressing need to undergo major neurosurgery'. There are warm-up gigs in Corsham tonight and tomorrow before the full tour kicks off , running to the end of March . Miles Jupp tour dates.

LONDON: Abby Wambaugh got nominated for best newcomer at last year's Fringe for The First 3 Minutes Of 17 Shows, a serviceable concept which soon gave way to a deeper slice of personal storytelling… but with a silly reset never far away. Now it comes to the Soho Theatre for the week
LONDON: Girlfriend Club is a new alternative comedy night at The Castle in Whitechapel showcasing characters, stand-ups and clowns. Tonight Elf Lyons leads the creative charge, backed by Mary O’Connell, Sharon Wanjohi, Lil Wenker, Soft Play and Louis Beer.
