THE DAY SHALL COME A rather overlooked Chris Morris film, written by Succession's Jesse Armstrong and Tony Roche, and Show Horses' Sean Gray gets its network premiere. Marchánt Davis plays Moses, a street preacher who gets branded a terrorist by the FBI's ambitious special agent Kendra Glack (Anna Kendrick). She and her world-weary boss really need to win a battle in the War on Terrorism. So they entrap Moses into illicit activities. Worryingly, the film, which also stars Jim Gaffigan and Kayvan Novak, is based on true stories. Channel 4, 12.55am

ONLY CHILD: Gregor Fisher and Greg McHugh star as father and son in tis new comedy of inter-generational differences and neighbourly squabbles. In this first episode, bit-part actor Richard returns from London to his home to Forres in the Scottish Highlands for a long overdue visit to the recently-widowed Ken. However, he soon realises his dad might be in need of a bit more full-time help. Not that Ken would agree, of course, but that statement is pretty much true about anything… Also starring Amy Lennox, Stuart Bowman, Clare Barrett and Jennifer Saunders as the voice of Richard’s acting agent.
