Featuring a raft of guest stars

Jack Whitehall is to front a Christmas special on Amazon’s Prime Video, with guests including  Daisy May Cooper, Tom Davies,  and Michael Bublé.

Also joining the comic in the one-off show are  Dave Bautista, Rebel Wilson and Jimmy Fallon.

The set-up of the programme is that Whitehall finds himself Stranded in the USA with just four days to make it back to the UK for Christmas. 

‘With time ticking away, Jack embarks on an incredible and, some would say, implausible journey involving planes, trains, huskies, and bobsleighs,’ the streamer says. ‘A stockingful of conveniently located famous faces help (and hinder) along the way as Jack navigates the chaos of Christmas and tries to make it home in time.

The special – to stream worldwide from December –  is produced by Workerbee and Whitehall’s own company Jackpot Productions.

The news was announced at an Amazon Upfront event held in London today, where the comedians taking part in its reality show Last One Laughing was also unveiled.

It was also announced that  Prime Video will be streaming Clarkson’s Farm star Kaleb Cooper’s national theatre tour, The World According to Kaleb, from November 29.
