Chris McCausland has added new batch of dates to his stand-up tour as he continues to wow viewers on Strictly Come Dancing.

More than two dozen dates have just gone on sale for his long-running Yonks! tour, including a hometown gig at Liverpool Philharmonic Hall on January 31.

The tour began early this year but has been put on hold while he competes in the BBC show. Live dates resume on January 17 in Walsall, and are currently running to mid-June.

McCausland and dance partner Dianne Buswell came in the top half of the leaderboard for the second week running on Saturday, although as usual they faced some criticism from Craig Revel Horwood.

The comic joked back: ‘By the sounds of how things are going, I think Craig's blinder than I am!’
