Arthur Smith to host London comedy and variety extravaganza

The line-up has been announced for this year’s London Fast Fringe – offering bite-sized previews of 28 Edinburgh shows in one manic night.

Arthur Smith will again host this frenetic comedy institution, to be held at the Leicester Square Theatre on July 8.

Stand-ups taking part include Milo Edwards, Sooz Kempner, Louise Atkinson, Nina Gilligan, Ali Woods, Erika Ehler,   Gearoid Farrelly, Ollie Horn and former copper Alfie Moore.

But, as usual, there is more to the show than stand-up with music from the likes of Madame Chandelier, Plastic Jeezus, Luke Bayer (as DIVA! Live From Hell) Christian Dart, Aidan Sadler plus magic from Lewis Fuller and Ava Beaux.

Character, clown and sketch comedy comes from Grubby Little Mitts,  BBC and Chortle Student winner Joe Kent-Walters Frankie Monroe,  Nerine Skinner as Liz Truss, Derek Mitchell, Lil Wenker and Paulina Lenoir.

Elvis McGonagallwill be performing comedy poetry while the stand-up line-up is completed by Edy Hare, Chelsea Birkby, Jaz Mattu, Lewis Fuller, Will Owen, Grace Mulvey and Vlad Ilich.
