Harry Enfield and Simon Farnaby join Here We Go

Tom Basden's BBC sitcom returns

Harry Enfield, Simon Farnaby and Fresh Meat’s Sophie Wu are to appear in the next series of BBC One comedy Here We Go. 

Created by and starring Tom Basden, the family sitcom returns for six new episodes from February 2, the broadcaster has revealed.

It will mark a mini-Ghosts reunion for Farnaby as he appears alongside Here We Go regular Jim Howick

Also making guest appearances will be  Dolly Wells from The Outlaws, Phoneshop’s Andrew Brooke and Jon Furlong from The Last Kingdom.

Basden said: ‘I’m thrilled that such hilarious and legendary guest stars will be joining us for more Jessop family chaos.’

The core cast will be reprising their starring roles including  Katherine Parkinson, Alison Steadman and Freya Parks.

Josh Cole, head of comedy at programme-makers BBC Studios said: ‘The second series of Here We Go is full of laugh-out-loud moments, whipsmart writing and a brilliant ensemble – this time accompanied by shockingly funny guest stars.’
