LONDON: John Robins and Elis James bring the Made Up Games strand of their radio show back to the Bloomsbury Theatre for three nights of silly shenanigans, live on stage. Lou Sanders joins them every day, with guests including Matt Lucas (Elis' Fantasty Football co-host), Sue Perkins and Rachel Parris.

LONDON: Yippee Ki Yay,  Richard Marsh’s acclaimed one-man action-packed take on Die Hard starts a week-long run in the beautiful Wilton’s Music Hall.

MANCHESTER: Ticket agency WeGotTickets has organised an independent comedy festival, an umbrella banner embracing shows from around  20 of the UK's top indie clubs, which kicks off today at Manchester’s much-loved XS Malarkey with Aussie storyteller Thomas Green, lively circuit stalwart Sam Avery and welcoming host Toby Hadoke, among others. LONDON: Every act’s a winner on the impressive line-up at the Hackney Empire tonight with Nish Kumar,  Bridget Christie and Sarah Kendall, all from Taskmaster and many other things besides, Chortle Award-winning Celya AB, and edgy-in-a-good-way Fin Taylor.
