With Katherine Ryan, James Acaster, Nish Kumar and more

London’s Roundhouse venue is to hold a month-long comedy festival this August.

Katherine Ryan, James Acaster, Nish Kumar, Lolly Adefope, Ed Gamble and Dylan Moran are among the comedians playing the former railway engine repair shed that became an arts venue 50 years ago.

For the past two years it has also been the home of Channel 4’s National Comedy Awards.

Put together by live comedy production company Berk’s Nest, the programme also includes Nina Conti, Sindhu Vee, Fern Brady, Jordan Gray, Desiree Burch and more.

More acts are set to be announced later. 

 The Roundhouse Comedy Festival runs from August 5 to 23 and tickets go on general sale form 10am on Wednesday from www.roundhouse.org.uk.
