Tim Heidecker announces UK tour

Stand-up plus music from his Very Good Band

American comic Tim Heidecker – best known as being half of the Tim & Eric  double act – is to perform his first UK comedy and music tour.

The cult favourite will be playing a two-part show: the first his stand-up show No More Bullshit, followed by a gig with his outfit The Very Good Band.

Ten UK dates form part of a European scheduled that also takes in Dublin, Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen and Amsterdam and follows a 30-date tour of the  US.

Tim Heidecker said: ‘It’s been over five years since I’ve been to the UK and I’m so excited to bring my No More Bullshit/Very Good Band Show across the pond.’

‘This summer’s US tour was one of the most fun and fulfilling experiences of my life, and now me and the Very Good Band get to do it again with you.’

When Heidecker was here in 2017, he presented a live version of the  spoof film review web series On Cinema At The Cinema with Neil Hamburger creator Gregg Turkington.

The tour announcement coincides with the release today of Heidecker’s live music EP Live In Boulder, containing four tracks captured during his August show in Colorado.

The tracks are the raucous, Property, the country-inflected Backwards, the keyboard-led ballad Work From Home and soulful, Stupid Kid. Listen here.
