Adam Rowe and Dan Nightingale to play 11,000-capacity venue

Adam Rowe and Dan Nightingale are to perform a live version of their Have A Word podcast at Liverpool’s M&S Bank Arena.

The comics will be at the 11,000-capacity venue on December 9, with Rowe saying: ‘I’ve never been more excited for a show in my entire career. This isn’t just going to be a live podcast; this is going to be a visual spectacular. An absolute extravaganza to celebrate almost three years of Have A Word madness.’

In that time, the podcast has racked up  5 million YouTube views and almost 4 million audio downloads – and on Wednesday was named best podcast at the Chortle Awards, with Rowe winning best club comedian. Crucially, they also have more than 12,000 subscribers financially supporting the show on Patreon

Nightingale added of the live show: ‘Cannot wait for this. The biggest night of my career, the biggest night in the history of Have A Word. Oh, the mayhem we have planned! It's going to be unbelievable.’

Tickets go on sale at 10am next Friday.
