Hosting a 'Prizeathon' with AJ Odudu

Joel Dommett and Strictly’s AJ Odudu are to host a televised prize draw on Red Nose Day.

During the Great Comic Relief Prizeathon, viewers will be invited to text in to win prizes including Glastonbury tickets and a new car.

Dommet said ‘OMGICBI (oh my god I can’t believe it!) I’m helping host Comic Relief! It’s a huge honour to be asked and I can’t wait to raise plenty of cash while hopefully providing few laughs along the way.’

George Ezra will also be on the show, which will air on BBC One for an hour after  the 10 O’Clock News on.  Friday 18 March and will also available to stream on BBC iPlayer.

The rest of the night’s fundraising will be hosted by Alesha Dixon, David Tennant, Zoe Ball, Paddy McGuinness and Sir Lenny Henry. The Great Comic Relief Prizeathon will follow the news and will be host  from MediaCityUK in Salford.
