Filming starts on Bloods series 2
Filming has begun on a second series of Sky’s paramedic comedy Bloods.

The supporting cast includes Lucy Punch, Julian Barratt, Adrian Scarborough, Kevin Garry, Sam Campbell and Aasiya Shah
Katherine Kelly, from ITV’s Innocent joins the cast as the ambulance station’s acting counsellor, while Nathan Foad, who made an appearance in series one as the son of Horrocks’s character Wendy becomes a regular.
Kayo said: "I’m so excited the Bloods team are back together again for this new bigger and bolder series. With ten episodes, there is going to be loads more laughs, friendship and fun for fans to enjoy.’
Horrocks added: ‘I am very much looking forward to getting back to Bloods for series 2. The scripts are already banging and Wendy is getting more naughty.’
Series two – currently being shot at North London Studios and in various locations in South London – will air on Sky Comedy and streaming service Now next year, released in two chunks.
The news comes ahead of the comedy’s US debut on streaming service Hulu on December 9
