With wife Hannah Cooper

Joel Dommett has signed up for Celebrity Gogglebox.

The comic and his wife Hannah Cooper, a model,  will film three episodes this year.

He posted on Instagram that he was ‘super-excited’ to be appearing on the Channel 4 show, adding: ‘I can’t wait for people to watch us on tv watching people on tv. THE DREAM.’

Cooper added: ‘It’s a dream come true to watch telly and call it "work".’

They join a line-up that also includes Iain Stirling and his girlfriend Laura Whitmore; Mo Gilligan and Babatunde Aleshe; Gyles Brandreth and Dame Maureen Lipman; and Shaun Ryder and Bez. The show is currently airing at 9pm on Sunday nights.
