Now she'll be 61 when she performs Sixty! (FFS!)

Jenny Eclair has become the latest comedian to cancel her spring tour dates, moving them to autumn at the earliest.

Her tour of Sixty! (FFS!) to mark her turning that milestone year had been due to start on March 4, but will now kick off at Leicester’s Y Theatre on  September 2.

She said: ‘I’m so sorry to be mucking you around again, but we can’t tour this show until it’s safe for you, the audience. So get those jabs ASAP folks and keep safe, because I can’t wait to see you.’

Even when the tour was originally announced in September, the comeic conceded: : ‘We might have to push things back further, but hopefully not so far back that the title contravenes the Trade Descriptions Act.’

Her birthday is on March 16, so will now be 61 for all of the new dates, which end at  Newbury Corn Exchange on  February 17, 2022.
