Baldwin and Grammer unite for new sitcom
Alec Baldwin and Kelsey Grammer are to star in a new American comedy from the creator of Modern Family.
In Christopher Lloyd’s as-yet untitled series, the pair will play former university friends who fell out but try to repair their relationship in later life.
Lloyd was previously an executive producer on all 11 series of Grammer’s series Frasier, while Grammer also worked with Baldwin when he played himself on a 30 Rock storyline.
The new comedy actually revolves around three ex-roommates, although the third has yet to be cast.
The series is due to air late next year, Hollywood website Deadline reports.
