Netflix orders more lessons in Sex Education

Season 3 of high school comedy confirmed

Netflix has renewed high school comedy  Sex Education for a third season.

The streaming service broke the news via a quirky video featuring Alistair Petrie, who plays headmaster Michael Groff, walking through an art exhibition of paintings of some of the characters.

The British-made comedy, which stars Gillian Anderson as a sex therapist and Asa Butterfield as her son negotiating adolescence, will return in 2021.

Netflix claimed that the first season of the show, which aired early last year, achieved 40million views in its first four weeks of launch.

The second series was just released last month, to critical acclaim.

Other stars including Patricia Allison and Emma Mackey are all due to return to Moordale Secondary, judging by today’s video:
