Short 'audience with...' style tour next year

Vic Reeves and Bob Mortimer have announced six live shows for early next year.

The pair will not be performing a Big Night Out style comedy show, but discussing their 30-year TV career in an 'audience with...' format.

Fans will also get the chance to ask the pair questions.

The dates are:

Monday February 10: Nottingham Playhouse
Tuesday February 11: Leeds City Varieties
Wednesday February 12: Leeds City Varieties
Thursday February 13: Buxton Opera House
Monday February 17: Birmingham New Alexandra Theatre
Tuesday February 18: Newcastle Tyne Theatre & Opera House

The news comes after the second season of the revived Big Night Out completed its second series on BBC Four  last night (read our review of episode one here) and as Mortimer has found new success in the angling programme he makes with Paul Whitehouse.

Tickets go on sale tomorrow, priced £25.
