'Not another arsehole comic talking about his girlfriend'

Alexei Sayle has announced his first stand-up tour in seven years. 

He has will play 24 dates from February to April next year, including three nights in his Liverpool home town and two nights at London’s Bloomsbury Theatre.

He said: ‘This tour won’t be another arsehole comic talking about his girlfriend or the funny things his kids do or the funny things cats do or how he doesn’t understand the internet or bleeding Brexit… This is Alexei fucking Sayle you’ll be seeing.

Some tickets will be available from Ticketmaster on Wednesday before the tour goes on general sale on Friday.
