Chris Ramsey lives to dance another week
Chris Ramsey has survived another week on Strictly Come Dancing, despite coming bottom of the leaderboard.
He and dance partner Karen Hauer were saved by the public vote so did not need to appear in the dance-off.
The comedian tweeted: 'Thank you all SO MUCH for voting! You kept us in this thing and we can’t thank you enough! See you all next week.'
On Saturday, the pair performedd a samba to the Backstreet Boys' Everybody in period French costume But they scored just 23 votes from judges.
Motsi Mabuse gave some praise, saying: 'Those hips, they kind of warmed up,' adding: 'You gave so much fun to that samba.'
But she admitted his personality was covering for some mistakes.
Shirley Ballas said: 'You have to push yourself... I would have liked to have seen just a bit more in the body.'
Bruno Tolioni said: 'You were on and off. Sometime rigor mortis... then off you go. Somehow the whole kind of thing worked in a spooky way.' But he added: 'Listen to the beat'
But Craig Revel Horwood said: 'It did look like you came back from the dead, there wasn't much going on. I felt you needed some WD-40'
Before the performance, Ramsey admitted: 'I didn't expect to make it all the way to Halloween week, but then I didn't expect to make it to week two. And you can't get voted off in week one.'
