SINGLE PARENTS: This US comedy about a group of single parents trying to raise their seven-year-old children is new to Comedy Central. According to the critic consensus on Rotten Tomatoes: ‘While the jokes can be a little juvenile, Single Parents earns brownie points for a likeable cast and a funny focus on parental struggles.’ Comedy Central, 9pm

THE JOHN MOLONEY SHOW: The comic’s Radio 4 stand-up show returns for a fourth series. Producer Richard Melvin of Dabster Productions says of Moloney: ‘He effortlessly delivers what feels like the one-inch punch of comedy - laugh after laugh - leaving the audience literally breathless.’ Radio 4, 11.15pm

THIS WAY UP: Aisling Bea created and stars in this comedy-drama about Aine, a woman relatively recently out of rehab, and still putting on a brave face for her concerned sister Shona (Sharon Horgan). When Aine's dropped from a dinner party invitation, she calls an old friend from rehab for some company. But things take an awkward turn when she makes an unexpected move on him.
