Comics talk about sex for Channel 4
Comics Phil Wang and London Hughes are to talk about sex in a new Channel 4 series.
They will be recalling their memories of sex education and discussing what should go on the syllabus as the subject becomes mandatory for all secondary school children in England from September next year.
Let’s Talk About Sex will also send famous parents and their children back to the classroom, including Danny Dyer and his 11-year-old daughter Sunnie and Ulrika Jonsson and 14-year-old Martha.
Also appearing in the three hour-long episodes are Miriam Margolyes, Stephen Mangan, Alastair Campbell and his comedian daughter Grace, and Hollyoaks star Kieron Richardson.
The series, from Sacha Baron Cohen’s company Spelthorne Community Television, also features a wealth of sex education videos from the archive to examine what young people have been taught before now – and what they do and do not know about the topic.
Let’s Talk About Sex starts at 10pm on April 5 on Channel 4.
