DAVID BADDIEL has been nominated for an Olivier Award. His touching stand-up show My Family: Not The Sitcom has been shortlisted in the family and entertainment category of the most prestigious accolades for West End Theatre. He's up against productions of Cinderella, Peter Pan and The Red Shoes in the awards, which will be announced on April 9.

BBC RADIO Wales has commissioned two pilots from comedian Robin Morgan. Relocation is a sitcom about a London couple who are put into witness relocation in the Welsh Valleys; and Robin Morgan Proposes is a half-hour stand-up show based on his last Edinburgh show.

THE DVD of series three of Inside No 9 will be released on March 27, BBC Worldwide has announced, a week after Steve Pemberton and Reece Shearsmith's anthology series ends is run on BBC Two. SUSAN PROVAN, the artistic director of the Melbourne International Comedy Festival has been inducted into the Victorian Honour Roll of Women, celebrating contributions made to the Australian state of Victoria.
