Daniel Kitson has just released his 2013 show After The Beginning, Before The End as a digital download. The show – about other people form full opinions of you based on isolated, second-hand stories from your life – is available on Bandcamp for £5. The comedian, who is fiercely protective of releasing his work, said a future CD or vinyl version was also likely. Read our review of the live show Here

HOFF THE RECORD has been nominated for an International Emmy. The Dave mockumentary, about David Hasselhoff's attempts to revive his career, is the only British show shortlisted in the comedy category. The others are Dix Pour Cent from France, Puppet Nation ZA from South Africa and Zorra (The Mess) form Brazil. Winners are announced on November 21 in New York.

THE cast of Will & Grace have reunited ten years after the sitcom's finale to release a ten-minute mini-episode to take on the 2016 Presidential Election. Here it is:

COMICS Will Franken and Tom Walker – the man behind Jonathan Pie – are to discuss censorship in comedy at the Barbican as part of the London venue's Battle Of Ideas on October 23. The panel also includes Chortle editor Steve Bennett, Index On Censorship chief executive Jodie Ginsberg and writer and broadcaster Timandra Harkness.
