Eight shows next week

Dave Chappelle, has announced a surprise run of eight intimate London shows – in just a week’s time

He will be performing two shows a night from next Tuesday (September 6) to Friday. All the dates are at the Brixton Electric, except the Thursday shows, which are at Camden’s Electric Ballroom.

Tickets go on sale at 10am tomorrow from www.livenation.co.uk.

These shows are only the second time Dave Chappelle has come to the UK to perform a full stand-up set, following his performances at the Eventim Apollo, Hammersmith, last year. (Our review)

Earlier this week, Chappelle was performing intimate shows in New York, where his routines included the premise that 'black lives matter' is a terrible slogan.
