Narrator for autumn tour

Steve Punt is to join the cast of The Rocky Horror Show.

The Now Show comedian will take the role of the narrator on the first autumn leg of its tour from September 5 to October 22.

That includes the runs at Aberdeen, Norwich, Eastbourne, Blackpool, Dublin, Birmingham and Liverpool.

He then hands over to Coronation Street actor Charlie Condou.

Strictly Come Dancing and soap star Georgia May Foote will also join the cast as Columbia in December, where it has a three week Christmas residency in Oxford.

S Club 7's Paul Cattermole and The Voice's Liam Tamne play Eddie/Dr Scott and Dr Frank N Furter respectively, with Janet played by theatre stars Haley Flaherty and Sophie Linder-Lee.

The 2016 tour of the Richard O’Brien camp classic has already been seen by nearly 250,000 people, grossing more than £5million at the box office.

Previous guest narrators have included Stephen Fry, Mel Giedroyc, and Adrian Edmondson.
