JERRY SEINFELD is to chat to John Oliver in the next season of Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee. The online show returns for an eighth series online on June 16, with the other guests named as Margaret Cho, Jim Gaffigan, JB Smoove, Judd Apatow and Saturday Night Live impresario Lorne Michaels.

BILL BURR has added two extra dates to his UK tour. The American comic will now play an extra night at the Eventim Apollo Hammersmith – Saturday August 6 – as well as Friday 5th. He also added a late performance at the Edinburgh Fringe, at 23:40 on Monday August 8, having sold out the first show at the 750-seat Pleasance Grand.

HUGH JACKMAN, Naomi Watts, Rose Byrne and Ben Mendelsohn have joined the cast of Larrikins, the Australian animated movie being scored and co-directed by Tim Minchin. The film is about a bilby, an Outback marsupial, on a road trip across Australia.

MEANWHILE, Alan Carr is going on tour down under, too. He has announced nine dates in Australia in August and September – ending with a night at the Sydney Opera House as part of the Just For Laughs Festival.

JASON MANFORD and Catastrophe star Rob Delaney have been added to the line-up of the Greenwich Comedy festival. Manford joins Sara Pascoe and John Robins on July 28; while Delaney joins David O’Doherty, Richard Herring and Ed Gamble for the matinee show on July 30.
