Limmy'S book Daft Wee Stories has entered the Sunday Times hardback bestseller list at No 5, after selling 1,465 copies in its first week on release. Our review.

A PLANNED protest at Frankie Boyle gig in Belfast last night failed to materialise, the Daily Record reports today. Campaigners had objected to the publicly-funded Feile an Phobail festival booking the comic over his jokes about the disabled. At the gig Boyle said: 'Disabled people are not vulnerable people. They are oppressed people. Oppressed by the government.' Before the show festival organisers and protesters released a joint statement saying 'a range of effective measures' would be put in place 'to avoid a situation like this arising in the future'.

LOUIS CK has released a new comedy album, Live at Madison Square Garden, taken from his shows at the New York venue earlier this year. In an email to fans he said: 'Some of the material is in the Comedy Store Special. Some of it isn't. But it's also a fun show on its own.
