LIVE IN LONDON: Simon Evans unveils a new live show based on economics, after immersing himself in the subject for Radio 4’s Simon Evans Goes To Market. He’ll be at the Soho Theatre until August 22 with the new show, called In The Money.
LIVE IN EDINBURGH: Daniel Kitson hosts a benefit to help the fight against Motor Neurone Disease. He'll be joined by Stewart Francis, Fred MacAulay, Stephen K Amos and Tony Law for the show at the Assembly Rooms at 9.30pm. Tickets.

TV The Totally Senseless Gameshow, a one-off gameshow for BBC Three's disability season featurs Martin Dougan presenting a Celebrity Juice-style mock gameshow in which teams of celebrities lose their senses each round. There’s also a spoof ‘behind-the-scenes’ sitcom running alongside it, featuring comic Luke McQueen. BBC Three, 10.30pm

TV: Sky Arts looks back at Melvyn Bragg’s 2006 South Bank Show interview with Armando Iannucci, in which he gave a glimpse into his life at the BBC, gave a tongue-in-cheek academic tour of his old stomping ground, Oxford University, and discussed his illustrious comedy career. 8.30pm
