LIVE IN WOLVERHAMPTON:Daniel Kitson, Greg Davies, Russell Howard, Katherine Ryan, Elis James, Pappy’s and Lazy Susan form an unbeatable line-up at the Wolverhampton Grand, a charity gig for the Central Youth Theatre.
LIVE IN LONDON: And speaking of good causes, a fundraiser at the Comedy Store will boost the coffers of the Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust – as well as spread the message of the benefit’s title: Black Lives Matter. The line-up includes Dane Baptiste, Funmbi Omotayo, Jason Patterson, Marlon Davis, Nabil Abdulrashid, Nathan Caton, Prince Abdi and token white guy Barry Castagnola.

LIVE IN LONDON: Tommy Tiernan – undeservedly not as big a star in the UK as he is in his native Ireland – begins a near two-week run at the Soho Theatre with his latest show Out Of The Whirlwind.

RADIO: Big Problems with Helen Keen is a new comedy series that ‘explores the triumphs and disasters of human ingenuity’ – starting with a look at death, and what we can do to avoid it. Radio 4, 6.30pm
LIVE IN LONDON: A double recording of two of the funniest podcasts around: – Pappy’s Flatshare Slamdown & Do The Right Thing – takes place at the Phoenix in Cavendish Square, right near BBC Broadcasting House.

LIVE IN BRISTOL: The benefits bills just get better and better. This one at Bristol’s Colston Hall supports the fine work of the city’s Slapstick Festival celebrating classic comedy. Al Murray, Harry Hill and Omid Djalili are among the top-drawer acts providing a bit of classic comedy of their own.
