Full line-up announced

Michael McIntyre to host this year’s Royal Variety Performance, it has been announced.

Other comics on the bill at the London Palladium next Thursday are Russell Kane, Jack Whitehall, Sarah Millican and Trevor Noah.

The show also includes performances from Dame Shirley Bassey, Bette Midler, Alfie Boe and Ed Sheeran.

It is staged in aid of the Entertainment Artistes’ Benevolent Fund, which helps showbusiness figures in need of care and assistance.

The show will be performed in front of Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge and be screened on ITV in December.

Yesterday it was also announced that McIntyre would be returning to the Hammersmith Apollo for his fifth Christmas charity show in aid of Kids Company.

The line-up on December 17 will also include Sean Lock, Seann Walsh, Ross Noble, Josh Widdicombe and Jason Manford and tickets are on sale now here, priced £56.50 to £67.60.
