GASPING, the short film directed by Still Game's Greg Hemphill and starring Frankie Boyle, playing a recovering alcholic in his first big-screen role, is to get its world premiere at the Los Angeles Comedy Festival this month.

COMICS including Milton Jones, Lucy Porter and Arthur Smith have recorded toilet-themed jokes as part of a campaign to highlight the work of charity Water Aid in bringing sanitation to the Third World. Watch the gags here.

LOUIS CK's Twitter account – which had almost 4million followers – has unexpectedly gone offline this weekend.
