Benidorm's Kenny Ireland dies

A tight 5: August 1

KENNY IRELAND, who played swinger Donald Stewart in Benidorm, has died at the age of 68, following a battle with cancer. The Scottish actor was also part of the cast of Victoria Wood As Seen On TV.

SIMON AMSTELL has been added to the Alternative Stage at the Reading and Leeds festivals, joining a line-up which already includes Bill Bailey, Milton Jones, Adam Buxton and Mark Watson. The festivals take place over the August bank holiday weekend.
