Today
LIVE IN LONDON: The City Of London Festival kicks off today, with its centrepiece venue a giant bowler hat erected in the shadow of St Paul’s Cathedral. The comedy programme includes the likes of Jenny Eclair, Alex Horne and Richard Herring.
LIVE IN TAUNTON: Absolutely no idea why this is called a festival and not just a ‘gig’... but Mark Watson headlines a show with that title at the Taunton School that also includes Geoff Whiting, Laura Lexx, Yianni Agilisaou and others.
Wednesday June 25
LIVE IN LONDON: The Greatest Show On Legs, the alternative variety act formed by Martin Soan and Malcolm Hardee, and known for the naked balloon dance are back. Soan and original member Steve Bowditch are now joined by Dickie Richards for two shows at the Hob in Forest Hill tonight and tomorrow, prmising new material and some old favourites:

LIVE IN LONDON: Sketch troupe Late Night Gimp Fight present a high-energy runthrough of their greatest hits at the Udderbelly on the South Bank, from 9pm. Then stick around for Friday Night Freaks at 10.45pm, a mix of comedy and burlesque with the likes of comedy craftsman Josh Howie, ‘French’ sneer-monger Marcel Lucont and the sleazy machinations of EastEnd Cabaret.
