KAREN GILLAN’s American sitcom Selfie has been picked up for a full series by the ABC network. In the show, described as a modern-day Pygmalion, the former Dr Who star plays Eliza Dooley, who pays more attention to her online presence than real life. The series also stars Homeland's David Harewood.
COMEDIANS including Mark Watson, Richard Herring and Jenny Eclair are to perform in a London venue shaped like a giant bowler hat this summer. The venue will be erected in Paternoster Square, next to St Paul's Cathedral, for the City Of London festival which runs from June 22 to July 17. Listings.
GRAHAM NORTON earned £2.3million in fees and salary last year, a 10 per cent fall on 2012, according to new accounts. Norton was paid the amount for ‘presenter fees, production fees and royalties’ from his production company So Television in the year to July 2013.
