Jerry teases Seinfeld reunion
JERRY SEINFELD has given aways some more clues about the Seinfeld reunion. In a radio interview the comic said the project was not a advert, nor an episode of his web series Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee. He kept mum on other details other than to say that Jason Alexander was returning as George Costanza and that other Seinfeld characters were involved in the ‘short-ish form’ project.
SKY1 has announced that series 5 of Modern Family will air from February 17 at 8pm, while Seasons 1-4 of the award-winning sitcom will be made available On Demand and through NOW TV from this Saturday.
FILMING has started on the new Shaun The Sheep Movie at Aardman's studios in Bristol. It will hit cinemas in 2015.
AMERICAN comic Todd Barry is to release a new stand-up special – thanks to Louis CK. The Crowd Work Tour is based on his 2013 show in which he did no material, just banter with the audience. The release, which CK announced on his appearance on The Daily Show this week, is the first to be financed by CK's online venture for selling direct to the public. He previously released Tig Notaro's Live, which had been independently recorded.
HENRY WINKLER is returning to sitcom. The Fonz star is to pilot a family comedy called The Winklers for America's ABC network which will also involve Winkler’s son, Max, a director, and son-in-law, actor Rob Reinis. It is being developed by Everybody Loves Raymond creator Phil Rosenthal.
