Cash embezzled from comic

Dane Cook's half-brother has been ordered to pay back £8 million he embezzed from the comedian.

Darryl McCauley, who was Cook’s business manager for almost five years, last month pleaded guilty to multiple counts of larceny, forgery and embezzlement.

He was sentenced to up to six years in prison and his wife Erica up to three.

Now Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley have ordered the couple pay $12million in restitution.
