Alan set to tour again

Alan Carr is to embark on his first live tour in four years.

He is lining up a series of arena dates in autumn 2011, including the O2 and Wembley Arena in London.

No further dates have yet been confirmed, although an announcement is expected later this week.

The new show will be titled Spexy Beast – and it will be at Wembley on September 22 and the O2 on November 5.

Carr performed at the opening gala of the Brighton Comedy Festival last month, and will be at both Rock With Laughter at the Birmingham NIA and a Hammersmith Apollo benefit for Shelter next month.
