Makosi storms off show

Stand-up Jarred Christmas caused Big Brother contestant Makosi to storm out of a spin-off show after asking her a personal question about her notorious romp in a Jacuzzi.

Makosi, who was evicted from the Ultimate Big Brother on Friday, hit the headlines for having a drunken underwater encounter with fellow housemate Anthony when she first appeared in the show in 2005.

She claimed she got pregnant after the underwater fumble – but Anthony later had to tell her they hadn’t even had sex.

Christmas revived the story when he appeared as a guest on Big Brother's Big Mouth following Makosi’s eviction late on Friday. He asked her ‘How did you mistake two fingers for a penis?'

Host Davina McCall told her: ‘You thought it was going to go away. It might do after tonight. One more hour.’

But it was too much for Makosi, who walked off set telling Christmas: ‘Call that a chat-up line?’

The housemate did later return for a softer line of questioning.

However, McCall also landed herself in trouble over the show, after a joke she made about transsexual former housemate Nadia Almada.

The presenter was accused of ‘transphobia’ after introducing Christmas with the line: ‘He has the charm of Coolio and the warmth of Ulrika. And he has the boyish good looks of Nadia.’

Over the weekend, McCall apologised by saying: ‘Nadia has always been one of my favourite housemates of all time. But if I upset her or indeed anyone by the comment I made then I am horrified and offer my genuine apologies.’
