Pilot episode for sketch duo

Sketch duo Two Episodes of MASH have recorded a Radio 2 comedy show, to be broadcast later this month.

Diane Morgan and Joe Wilkinson’s pilot episode, due to air on May 22, is the latest in the station’s aims to increase its comedy output, following in the footsteps of Alan Carr, Tim Minchin and Jason Byrne

The duo, both stand-ups in their own right, have performed as Two Episodes of MASH for just two years, making their debut at the 2008 Edinburgh Fringe.

They will return to the festival this August with a show directed by Stefan Golaszewski, who worked with Jonny Sweet on his show that won the Edinburgh Comedy Awards’ newcomer prize last year.
