First 2010 dates revealed

Noel Fielding is to embark on a solo stand-up tour next spring.

The tour will come on the back of the Boosh star’s new job as regular team captain of Never Mind The Buzzcocks, which will boost his profile.

So far, six venues have revealed he is playing there, making a total of 13 dates, although more are certain to be added.

Fielding’s last solo show was the 2002 Perrier-nominated Voodoo Hedgehog, and this is the first time he has toured major venues without Julian Barrett.

He will be in Manchester, Wolverhampton, Cambridge and Bristol in February; and Oxford and Liverpool in March. Click here for the full schedule so far.
