Sam Kinison's widow disputes will

17 years after his death

The widow of American stand-up hero Sam Kinison is suing his brother for allegedly forging the comedian’s will.

The action – filed in the LA County Superior Court this week – comes 17 years after Kinison died in a car crash at the age of 38.

Most of Kinison’s estate went to his brother William, but now widow Malika Borghese has begun her belated action to claim a bigger share for herself.

According to Hollywood gossip website Tmz.com, she waited so long because she only recently became aware of the supposed forgery. She said a friend of Sam’s owned up to it two years ago.

Malika was 27 when Kinison died – and had been married to him for just five days before the fatal crash. She was traveling with him at the time his car was hit head-on by a pick-up truck with a drunk-driver at the wheel.
