Davis and Little get 'Married'
ITV1's new comedy-drama
Lucy Davis and Ralf Little are to star in a new ITV1 romantic comedy: Married, Single, Other.The series revolves around three couples ‘trying to work out what a couple is these days’: a married woman considering divorce, a serial one-night-stander ready to settle down, and childhood sweethearts who have never married.
Six hour-long episodes will be filmed in Leeds from this month and also stars Amanda Abbington, who was a regular on Man Stroke Woman, Red Riding star Shaun Dooley, Dean Lennox Kelly and Plus One star Miranda Raison.
ITV’s director of drama commissioning, Laura Mackie, said: ‘Married, Single, Other is a fantastic mix of laugh out loud humour, high emotion and true romance brought to the screen by a wonderful ensemble cast.’
The comedy, which airs later this year, has been written by Peter Souter.
