Cedric to entertain London
First UK gig for American stand-up
Cedric The Entertainer is to make his first stand-up appearance in the UK.The star of such movies as Big Momma’s House, Dr Dolittle 2 and Cadillac Records will be appearing at the Hammersmith HMV Apollo on June 20.
After appearing on HBO's Def Comedy Jam, Cedric – real name Cedric Antonio Kyles – hit the big time after appearing on the Kings of Comedy tour, which was made into a film by Spike Lee.
