Edinburgh cringe

 I once was talking to my icon, Eddie Izzard. I thought I was handling myself very well. Until my friend came in, shouted across the room that we are leaving because she is getting kicked out, then Eddie said "God, who is this person shouting at?", I said "yeah she is talking to me. I have to go". 

Got up to leave, tripped, poured some of my water on Eddie then stepped on her toe. I wanted to die. 

Edinburgh whinge

Hanging in industry bars with people you barely know and they start telling you their podcast idea, which happens to be terrible and you have to pretend you are talking to the next Joe Rogan.
