Win an Upright box set
The second series of Tim Minchin comedy Upright is released on DVD and digital today, as well as a box set of both seasons.
And we have four copies of the two-DVD set to give away to Chortle readers.
Matilda: The Musical co-writer Minchin stars as piano-playing Lucky, who we first meet in season one attempting to transport an upright piano across the southern Australian Outback to Perth when he meets runaway teenager Meg.
In season two, Lucky has returned to Sydney where he’s finally achieved the musical success he’s always longed for, but finds fame isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. Now he’s an emotional mess with a drinking problem, while his relationship with his TV star girlfriend is on the rocks.
When it seems things couldn't get any more chaotic, there's a knock on the door. Meg – played by House Of The Dragons’ Milly Alcock – is back, and she needs Lucky's help.
They embark on a new quest to find Meg's mum, Linda, who left when she was a child. But things don’t always run smoothly on their epic trip through the Queensland tropics.
The series, which originally aired on Sky Atlantic, is released by Acorn Media International, who say: ‘Juggling grief and complex family dynamics with gleefully dark humour Upright is an endearing, life-affirming road trip with heart and soul.’
To stand a chance of winning one of our copies, answer the following question by 5pm on March 13, when we will choose our winners at random from all correct answers received. Normal terms and conditions apply.
Good luck!
