The second series of BBC Two sitcom Boy Meets Girl is released on DVD today – and we have five copies to give away.Starring Rebecca Root, the series was notable for being the first mainstream comedy to revolve around a transgender character.
It charted the romance between Root's character Judy and her younger boyfriend Leo as they make plans for a future together. Their respective families are supportive, but tend to stick their noses in and causing chaos.
Written by Elliott Kerrigan, winner of the Trans Comedy Award, a talent search run by BBC's Writers Room, Boy Meets Girl also stars Denise Welch, Janine Duvitski, Nigel Betts, Lizzie Roper and Jonny Dixon.
Series two is out today on RLJ Entertainment's Acorn Label, priced £10.99 alongside the box set of both seasons.
